Lead Energy Management System - Specialist

Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of EMS specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction for their professional development.
Partner with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to understand industry-specific needs and tailor EMS solutions for optimal results.
Conduct in-depth analysis of client energy consumption patterns and identify opportunities for optimization across diverse industries (e.g., manufacturing, facilities management, utilities).
Oversee the entire EMS implementation lifecycle, including system design, configuration, integration with building automation systems (BAS), and commissioning.
Develop and implement customized dashboards and reports for clients to track energy usage, identify trends, and measure the impact of EMS interventions.
Provide ongoing support and training to clients on EMS functionalities and best practices for energy management within their industry.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in EMS technologies, industry regulations, and energy efficiency trends.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of EMS solutions with BLP Industry.AI's platform and other relevant technologies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to stay informed on industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
