Lead Discipline Engineer Process

As a Process Engineering Lead, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the development of basic engineering packages for assigned projects. Your responsibilities include reviewing documents from technology licensors to ensure compliance with Reliance guidelines, completing basic engineering packages with all necessary details, and providing input on engineering resource allocation. You will be leading the process engineering team in creating Basic Engineering Packages (BEP) for in-house commercialization of R&D Technologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing FEED packages and detailed engineering designs for critical aspects of process plants. In this role, you will identify opportunities for value engineering, interface with Offsites and Utilities team, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and drive improvement initiatives for projects. Recording lessons learned and ensuring error-free document issuance are also key aspects of this position. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Chemical Engineering and have 12-15 years of relevant experience. Your expertise in process engineering, project management, and adherence to quality and safety standards will be crucial for the success of projects under your leadership.,
