About Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead DevOps Engineer with expertise across both cloud infrastructure (Azure), APM and Monitoring tools, and modern web and mobile technologies (React, React Native, Node.js, and Next.js). In this leadership role, you'll help us integrate, optimize, and scale our full-stack solutions while ensuring high availability, performance, and seamless deployment.

Job Summary: As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for orchestrating endto-end DevOps practices for our Azure-based cloud infrastructure and applications, while also working with engineering teams to implement scalable CI/CD pipelines for both web and mobile platforms (React, React Native, Node.js, and Next.js).

You'll combine your cloud expertise with a strong understanding of modern front-end and back-end technologies to ensure a seamless development, deployment, and monitoring process. This is a unique opportunity to influence the architecture and operational practices for both our web and mobile platforms, while driving performance and reliability across the development lifecycle

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage DevOps practices for both cloud infrastructure and web/mobile applications across React, React Native, Node.js, and Next.js
• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for efficient application delivery using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar
• Architect and manage Azure cloud infrastructure for application deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability
• Work with developers to create seamless deployments and monitor React, React Native, Node.js, and Next.js applications from staging to production environments
• Ensure real-time APM and monitoring of applications and cloud infrastructure using tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Lead the setup and maintenance of logging and alerting systems for proactive issue detection and resolution
• Optimize application and cloud infrastructure for performance tuning and capacity planning

Desired profile:-

• Proven experience (8+ years) working as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong track record in Azure cloud services and application performance monitoring
• 3+ years of direct experiences leading DevOps teams and initiative
• Solid experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines for both web and mobile applications (React, React Native, Node.js, Next.js)
• Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Service, Virtual Machines, Networking, and Storage
• Expertise in Application Performance Management (APM) and monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Datadog, New Relic, and Prometheus
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep, or similar tools

Education and Formal Training:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or similar certifications
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and Azure Functions
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Redux) and mobile development frameworks (React Native)
• Understanding of database technologies such as NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
