Lead DevOps Engineer

As a Staff DevOps Engineer at a leading entertainment company in Pune (Remote), you will have the opportunity to shape the DevOps culture, implement innovative solutions, and collaborate with industry-leading technologies in a multi-cloud environment. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement DevOps best practices such as CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and configuration management. - Automate tasks and optimize workflows to enhance DevOps processes continuously. - Collaborate with Development and Product teams to understand their needs and facilitate DevOps adoption. - Architect and deploy robust infrastructure solutions across AWS and Azure. - Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems for infrastructure and application performance. - Stay updated on the latest DevOps trends and best practices. Qualifications: - 9+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a related role. - Self-motivated with excellent communication and team-player skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Proficiency in Python or Go programming. - Understanding of CI/CD principles and automation tools. - Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies like Terraform and Ansible. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and associated services. - Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Datadog and Prometheus. - Passion for developer productivity and tooling. - Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to work. - Familiarity with streaming tools like Mux, Akamai, watermarking is a plus. - Programming background with DevOps expertise is preferred.
