Lead Development Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our Technology Consulting team inBangalore. This is an amazing opportunity to work onClaRITA, our flagship Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory Intelligenceplatform, leveraging modern cloud-native technologies and automation frameworks. The team consists of 8 engineers and reports to the Director of Technical Consulting. We have a strong skill set in AWS,Docker, and CI/CD automation, and we would love to speak with you if you haveexpertisein infrastructure as code (Terraform), container orchestration, and advanced DevOps practices.

About You experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Strong initiative, technical leadership, and problem-solving ability with a sense of ownership for mission-critical systems.

• 7+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.

• Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred).

• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar).

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

It would be great if you also had

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (DataDog).

• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud and containerized environments.

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Infrastructure Automation & CI/CD: Design, implement, andmaintainautomated pipelines and infrastructure as code for multiple product environments.

• Cloud Architecture & Optimization: Lead cloud infrastructure design and cost optimization initiatives across AWS services.

• Reliability & Scalability: Ensure high availability and performance of production systems through proactive monitoring and incident response.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to streamline deployments and improve delivery velocity.

• Tooling & Innovation: Evaluate and introduce new DevOps tools and practices to continuously improve operational efficiency.
