Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver Salesforce projects across multiple clouds, with strong experience in:

• Sales Cloud

• Service Cloud

• Field Service Lightning (FSL)

• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

• Experience/Communities Cloud

• CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)

• Customize Salesforce CRM using:

• Apex Classes

• Visualforce Pages

• Lightning Components

• Salesforce Configuration & Customization

• Build and manage

  custom reports and dashboards

  to monitor and ensure

  data quality and integrity

• Define

  technical solutions

  and contribute to

  data model design

  aligned with business needs.
• Lead and execute

  Salesforce deployments

• Change Sets

• Workbench

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Computer Science
