Job Description

Job brief We are seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will primarily help drive the development and maintenance of our mobile application built on Angular with the Ionic framework, while also exploring opportunities to build other advanced tools and productsincluding generative AI solutions. If youre passionate about programming, JavaScript, and modern AI-driven development methodologies, and have a knack for leadership and collaboration, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, architecture, and development of high-impact features and projects for our Angular/Ionic mobile app and related tools. Develop and/or integrate generative AI products and solutions. Code and troubleshoot new features and bug fixes from concept to release. Break down tasks and collaborate with fellow developers to ensure timely and quality completion. Mentor team members in a self-managed environment, working closely with product managers and QA teams. Produce technical documentation and provide clear communication of progress to senior leadership. Utilize AI-driven tools (e.g., code completion) to enhance development efficiency. Skills, Passions, and Competencies: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 5+ years development experience in a team environment Proven experience in object-oriented programming and JavaScript. Proven expertise in Angular; experience with Ionic is a plus. Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve coding productivity; experience working with generative AI APIs is a plus. Prior experience as a team lead, adept at breaking down tasks and collaborating with other developers. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control (e.g., Git).
