Lead Delivery - Quality

Role Overview: As a Lead Delivery - Quality in the IPDRG department based in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality standards are met and exceeded in the US healthcare (RCM) coding process. You will play a crucial role in identifying errors, providing feedback, coaching employees, generating QA reports, and contributing to the overall improvement of quality metrics. Your interactions will involve client calls, team consultations, and providing inputs to enhance training curriculum. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in client calls to understand quality requirements and targets - Identify methods to achieve quality targets and implement them with the operations manager/Team Manager - Identify errors efficiently during inspections - Provide face-to-face feedback and send emails with error details on a daily basis - Ensure errors are corrected by the respective Operations associate - Coach employees to minimize errors and enhance performance - Provide inputs to the training team on common mistakes for curriculum enhancement - Test files/batches for new clients/processes for familiarization - Generate QA reports daily - Attain internal & external SLAs as per the defined process - Exceed inspection efficiency score, calibration score, knowledge and skills score, and inspection productivity rate - Record identified errors for organizational use Qualifications Required: - Must be a graduate (Bachelors or Masters) - Minimum of 6 years of professional and relevant experience in US healthcare (RCM) coding - Experience in client and stakeholder management, team management - Good understanding of quality matrices and quality tools (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
