• Monitor, identify, and resolve performance, behavior, and attendance issues using defined performance management practices.
• Handle personnel matters and disciplinary actions as required.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to Quality Control Analysts within the team.
• Identify training gaps and ensure training needs of team members are met.
• Support SLA adherence under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
• Complete all client-mandated trainings and maintain accurate training records.
• Conduct regular team meetings with direct reports.
• Communicate all process and client updates within defined timelines and maintain proper documentation.
• Act as the single point of contact for assigned team members, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee day-to-day functional supervision, including work allocation, attendance tracking, team development, and performance appraisal, in line with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

Job Specifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in AR (Revenue Cycle Management).
• Proven experience in team management, client coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline.
