You are being hired as a Senior Data Scientist LLM at 4flow, where you will be responsible for developing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs) to meet specific business requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to integrate LLMs into production systems, ensuring their performance, reliability, and alignment with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Fine-tune and optimize LLM and NLP models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA) for real-world applications - Integrate LLMs into scalable, production-grade systems - Apply prompt engineering techniques to enhance model performance and task alignment - Collaborate with ML engineers and developers to construct robust AI pipelines - Evaluate model performance based on accuracy, relevance, and alignment metrics - Stay updated with advancements in LLM frameworks and transformer architectures - Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing **Qualifications Required:** - 6+ years of experience in LLM and NLP model development - Bachelors or masters degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field - Proficiency with LLM frameworks and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API, Llama Index, or similar - Experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation - Good to have: Proficiency in Python or Java, experience with AI/ML pipelines, and deployment on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, proactive and adaptable nature, and the motivation to contribute to the success of 4flow while aligning with the company's culture and values.,
