Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Lead Data Engineer to spearhead the development, optimization, and execution of large-scale data migration projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to strategically plan and coordinate complex data movements, while also driving innovation in our data analytics capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly influence business outcomes and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience leading and driving large scale data migration projects

Experience in working with all the stakeholders to plan and coordinate the entire migration process

Proficiency in Python development

Experience building scalable, event-driven data migration solutions

Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes

Familiarity with cloud-native architecture principles

Ability to handle complex data transformations and migrations

Qualifications Required

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce development experience

Previous experience with large-scale enterprise data migration projects on Salesforce

AWS and Salesforce data certifications

Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards

Salesforce Expertise

Expert-level understanding of Salesforce object model

Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns

Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture

Experience with Salesforce Bulk API jobs

Ability to handle complex data transformations and migrations

Knowledge of Salesforce metadata and custom object relationships

Core Skills

Advanced Python programming skills

Proven experience with AWS cloud services, specifically:

1. AWS Glue

2. AWS Step Functions

3. AWS Lambda

4. AWS S3

5. AWS CloudWatch
