Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize
Big Data pipelines and solutions
.
Write, test, and maintain
complex SQL queries
for data analysis and reporting.
Work extensively with
Google BigQuery
, including table management, partitioning, and clustering.
Develop and maintain
Python-based data processing applications
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data integration and performance.
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance standards are maintained.

Must Have Skills

SQL:
Advanced proficiency in writing and optimizing complex queries.
BigQuery:
Strong working knowledge of internal vs external tables, partitioning, clustering, etc.
Python:
Hands-on experience with application-level Python development.
Big Data Engineering:
Proven experience in handling end-to-end big data projects.

Good to Have (Added Advantage)

Exposure to
DBT
and
Alembic
for data transformations and version control.
Experience in
cloud data platforms
(Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
