Lead Data Analyst

You will be part of a team at ACA that aims to deliver the world's best GRC software to a client base of over 3500 firms in the financial services sector. ACA's ComplianceAlpha is already in use at 800+ clients and is continuously being deployed to modernize compliance programs. As an imaginative self-starter, you will play a key role in developing test automation solutions to ensure exceptional quality and productivity. Your responsibilities will include: - Collecting, collating, and interpreting data from various application data sources. - Communicating with team members, stakeholders, and client representatives to understand requirements. - Migrating and/or re-authoring existing reports across different reporting engines. - Authoring and editing data visualizations and/or actionable reports based on stakeholder requirements. - Reviewing and profiling visualization and/or report rendering performance to meet specific performance profiles. - Reviewing requirements in the product backlog and assigning them to each sprint as necessary. - Collaborating with product, engineering, and IT personnel to align report production and maintenance efforts with quality assurance. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 5 years of data visualization and report authoring experience. - Experience with modern reporting engines such as Sisense, Logi Analytics, Exago, Qlik, Qrvey, PowerBI, or Tableau. - Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence. - Familiarity with version control tools like Git. - A Bachelor's Degree in STEM. - Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies. - Proficiency in authoring SQL queries. - Experience in authoring custom formulas using scripting languages like JavaScript. - Experience in interacting with API data sources, particularly those accessed using the OData protocol.
