Lead- Credit Approver Mid Corporates

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing Credit Approval Documents: Preparing detailed credit approval notes, Information Memorandums, and presentations for approval and presentation to the Management/Risk Committee.
• Evaluating Credit Proposals: Evaluating and assessing various kinds of credit proposals to determine creditworthiness and risk involved by conducting thorough analysis on Company's/Borrower's financials, Credit Rating, industry research & trends, key competitors & industry outlook.
• Financial Analysis: Conducting preliminary financial analysis, peer company financial analysis, bank account due diligence, and duplicate analysis.
• Documentation: Ensuring all credit and legal files are complete, identifying documentation deficiencies, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Team Support: Supporting Origination and Execution teams in completing assignments.
• Client Engagement: Regularly engaging with clients for completing compliance and other documentation required in a proposal.
• Post-Disbursal Document Management: Managing Post Disbursal Documents (PDD).
• Deal Execution: Executing deals, disbursement process, liaising with all parties like Client, Syndicate Banks, Legal Counsel, and Internal Team.
• Downselling Deals: Supporting in executing downselling deals.
• Structured Finance Analysis: Conducting deep dive analysis on structured finance and capital market transactions.
• Credit Query Management: Handling credit queries and ensuring assessment closure within stipulated timelines.
• Portfolio Management: Managing the portfolio and regularly engaging with clients for recent developments in the markets.
