Position: Creative Production Coordinator
Department: Creative & Media
Location: Chevayur, Calicut (On-site)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday & Sundays Off)
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM
Salary Range: Based on skills & experience
Purpose of the Role:
To manage and coordinate the production of creative assets (videos, graphics, marketing content, and brand materials) across departments, ensuring timely delivery, consistency, and quality output that supports Aifer Education's visual identity and communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate end-to-end creative production processes for video, graphic, and digital content.
* Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for timely execution of creative requirements.
* Maintain production calendars and ensure deadlines are met across all creative projects.
* Support pre-production planning, content scripting, and shoot logistics.
* Track project status, maintain documentation, and ensure brand compliance in deliverables.
* Archive final versions of creatives and manage digital content libraries.
* Assist in brainstorming and converting concepts into executable tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Visual Arts, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in content/creative production coordination.
* Freshers with internship experience and strong interest in creative production may also apply.
* Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Trello, or similar project tracking tools is preferred.
