Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities : Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies, implement best practices, and deliver effective integration solutions for cloud and hybrid environments. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and developers, helping them grow their skills in CPI-related technologies. Participate in client meetings to understand business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions. Optimize and tune SAP CPI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability. Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide innovative solutions to ensure smooth operations. Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration designs, configurations, and implementation procedures. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure that integration solutions are completed within agreed-upon deadlines and budgets. Stay updated with new features and trends in SAP CPI, sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvements in integration practices. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 6-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP integration solutions, focusing on SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of integration patterns, APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), and cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in SAP CPI. System Integration: Experience in implementing and managing integration solutions involving SAP and non-SAP systems, cloud platforms, and on-premise applications. Programming & Scripting: Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages for developing custom integration solutions. Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze and resolve complex integration issues with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Project Management: Experience managing integration projects, including coordinating resources, tracking milestones, and ensuring project delivery. Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Certifications: SAP CPI or relevant integration certifications preferred. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Knowledge of integration with third-party applications like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other cloud-based services. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. Experience in client-facing roles with strong client relationship management skills.
