Job Description

Role Overview: As a part of the Coupa implementation team at Schneider Electric, you will lead or support Coupa implementation projects. Your responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, configuring Coupa modules, providing day-to-day support for Coupa users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Coupa with ERP systems. Additionally, you will manage supplier enablement, monitor workflow approvals, and create functional documentation and user guides. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or support Coupa implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment - Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications - Configure Coupa modules based on client needs and best practices - Provide day-to-day support for Coupa users, resolving issues and ensuring system stability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Coupa with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S4HANA) - Manage supplier enablement, catalog uploads, and user access configurations - Monitor and optimize workflow approvals, compliance rules, and budget controls - Create and maintain functional documentation, training materials, and user guides - Stay updated on Coupa product releases and recommend enhancements or new features Qualifications Required: - Strong background in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and post-go-live support - Experience with Coupa integrations using flat files, APIs, or middleware - Familiarity with e-invoicing regulations and compliance requirements - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills About the Company: Schneider Electric is committed to creating a great culture that supports business success.
