Lead Counsellor/Team Lead

Role Overview: As a Lead Counsellor/Team Lead - UK for the Kolkata Branch - WFO at our company, your role will involve working closely with the leadership team and counsellors to drive numbers and contribute to the growth of both yourself and Leap. Key Responsibilities: - Meet Allotted Team targets (Leads, Applications & Visas) - Contribute to developing a strong & efficient counselling team - Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey - Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors - Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings - Report & Data Management - Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team - Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets - Pipeline forecast & Management - Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors Qualifications Required: - Be from the Counseling Industry (Mandatory) - Have in-depth knowledge of the UK - Possess 3+ years of experience in study abroad - Have a sound understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines - Have experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences - Have experience in working with CRMs (desirable) - Have previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred) - Be proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools - Have the hunger to move from an individual counselling role to one where you lead a team and drive numbers If you meet the above criteria and are passionate about international education, we look forward to your application.,
