                                You will be the voice shaping Glance AI's creative communication across campaigns, platforms, and geographies. Your responsibilities will include:  - Lead copy development across integrated campaigns with a focus on digital and social-first storytelling. - Collaborate with art, design, and strategy teams to create compelling, trend-forward campaigns. - Stay updated on cultural shifts, fashion, tech, and American pop culture trends, and adapt them creatively to Glance AI's brand voice. - Craft social-first ideas that spark engagement, conversation, and cultural relevance. - Develop scripts, taglines, and narratives for various formats like films, social videos, and short-form content. - Contribute to campaigns targeting international markets, especially US consumers, ensuring local nuance and global appeal. - Experiment with new creative tools, including AI, to deliver cutting-edge creative solutions. - Partner with creative leads and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.  Qualifications required:  - 6-8 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in advertising agencies and brand-side creative teams. - Strong portfolio showcasing work on large campaigns, with a focus on social-first storytelling and digital-first ideas. - Experience in fashion and tech categories is preferred. - Ability to script and execute film content. - Excitement for American pop culture and ability to connect with US consumer sensibilities. - Experience creating for international markets is a plus. - Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes initiative, and adapts quickly. - Comfort with using or exploring AI in the creative process.
