Lead Conversion Manager – Skin & Hair Clinic (Full-Time)

Work at one of Surat's most trusted skin and hair clinics, known for ethical, science-based aesthetic treatments. We’re growing rapidly and looking for a smart and driven Lead Conversion Manager who can turn interest into action by guiding leads toward booking appointments and starting their treatment journey with us.

Job Role:

As a Lead Conversion Manager, your main job is to convert leads into appointments by building rapport, clearly explaining treatment options (training will be provided), and ensuring a smooth consultation process. You will manage leads from social media, walk-ins, and online inquiries and maintain clear records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and connect with new leads (from Instagram, website, walk-ins, and Meta Ads).
• Explain treatment offerings in a clear and engaging way (training provided).
• Build trust and rapport with clients and help them feel confident in booking.
• Convert leads into clinic appointments and treatments.
• Update CRM/lead sheets daily.
• Share performance reports weekly and monthly.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Good personality and ability to build instant rapport.
• Passionate about the skincare/aesthetic industry (training on treatments will be provided).
• Previous sales, customer support, or telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Job Details:

• Salary: ₹12,000/month base + Incentives ₹5,000–₹10,000/month (based on conversions)
• Timings: Flexible – We care more about results and conversions than clock hours.
• Location: Piplod, Surat (in-clinic job preferred)
