Role Overview: You have the opportunity to join as a Senior Developer or a Senior Architect at NTT DATA Business Solutions. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for utilizing your 7-10 years of experience and strong skills in Python and scripting (e.g., Bash) to develop solutions using public cloud APIs and work on Linux platforms. Familiarity with storage, filesystems, and object storage will be advantageous. On the other hand, as a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative backup and restore features with a focus on quality, scalability, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - For Senior Developer: - Strong data structures, design, algorithms, coding skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with Cloud native services is a must. - Ability to drive tasks to completion, take ownership of projects, and work in a fast-paced and agile development environment. - Comfortable using tools like JIRA and Github. - For Senior Architect: - Spearhead the design and implementation of innovative backup and restore features. - Drive end-to-end software development with a DevOps mindset. - Ensure features are built with a strong emphasis on quality, scalability, and reliability. - Work effectively with multiple stakeholders and contribute to the evolution of backup and restore services. Qualifications Required: - For Senior Developer: - 7-10 years of experience in Python and scripting. - Experience in development using public cloud APIs. - Familiarity with storage, filesystems, object storage. - Knowledge of databases like HANA, Sybase ASE, MAXDB, DB2, and MSSQL. - For Senior Architect: - 12 to 18 years of experience in software development. - Proficiency in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and Python. - Experience in designing reliable, scalable products and building cloud-native solutions. - Effective communication skills and familiarity with public clouds and Linux systems.
