Back Office / Voice Process

Voice/Tele calling responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls for followups, confirmations, lead nurturing, feedback, or service reminders.
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain call logs, update conversation outcomes, and schedule callbacks as required.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, clear communication, and professionalism.

BackOffice Responsibilities:

• Data entry, updating customer records, preparing daily call logs, and maintaining CRM/excel trackers.
• Validate details received over calls and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales/Operations/Support teams to close customer issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly performance sheets and maintain organized files.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Communication Skills:

• Clear English/Hindi communication
• Ability to explain information simply and confidently
• Active listening & objection handling

Computer Skills:

• MS Excel basic to intermediate level (VLOOKUP preferred but not mandatory)
• MS Word, Email drafting, Google Sheets (advantage)
• CRM or calltracking tool knowledge (added benefit)

Education:

• HSC / Graduate in any discipline
• Diploma in BPO/Office Management (optional)
