The Retail Store Solutions - Lead Consultant position at Nalsoft involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Retail Store Solutions, which includes Xstore POS, XOCS, and SIOCS. As the Lead Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing store solutions that seamlessly integrate across retail ecosystems. You will play a key role in architecting, designing, and deploying Oracle Retail Store Solutions such as Xstore POS, XOCS (Cloud POS), and SIOCS (Store Inventory Operations Cloud Services). Collaboration with both business and IT teams will be essential to translate store operations requirements into scalable technology solutions. Driving modernization initiatives, including migrations from legacy POS systems to Xstore/XOCS and the adoption of cloud-based retail solutions, will be a crucial aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be tasked with optimizing store solutions for performance, security, and compliance with retail industry standards. Troubleshooting and resolving complex store operations, transaction processing, and inventory synchronization issues will also be part of your responsibilities. As the lead for store transformation projects in the GCC market, you will ensure that solutions align with regional retail trends and regulations. Bringing thought leadership and innovation in retail store technology by leveraging AI/ML, automation, and data-driven insights will be encouraged. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in retail store solutions, with at least 3 years dedicated to Oracle Xstore, XOCS, or SIOCS. Proven experience in delivering store solutions in the GCC market and understanding regional retail challenges is desirable. Expertise in POS architecture, transaction processing, store inventory management, and omnichannel integrations is required. Hands-on experience with cloud-based retail store solutions and migrations from legacy POS systems is also essential. Experience in integrating AI/ML, IoT, and RFID solutions to enhance store operations, along with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions with stakeholders, will be beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach are highly valued. While Oracle Retail certifications are preferred, they are not mandatory for this role. The preferred location for this position is Hyderabad, although candidates from other locations are also welcome to apply.
