The Functional Consultant role is a high-impact position that will be pivotal in driving our continued growth and development. **Responsibilities:** - Assist in the configuration of the tool according to the design specifications. - Develop and review project plans, milestones, and deliveries. - Engage with project stakeholders to manage expectations effectively. - Prepare Functional Requirement Documents and ensure closure with all stakeholders. - Ensure that application documentation meets the required standards. - Provide inputs to technical leads and developers. - Configure and develop reports within the tool. **Qualifications:** **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech) or Computer Applications (MCA/BCA). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:** - Relevant experience in the Finance & Accounting (F&A) domain. - Exposure to the High Radius tool. - Expertise in configuring High Radius. - Strong customer interaction skills. - Solid domain and operations experience in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) domain. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Working knowledge of ERPs such as Oracle and SAP. - Good verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level communication. - Knowledge of SQL query writing will be an added advantage. **Job Details:** - **Job Title:** Lead Consultant - **Primary Location:** India-Hyderabad - **Schedule:** Full-time - **Education Level:** Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent - **Job Posting:** Oct 1, 2024, 5:34:20 AM - **Unposting Date:** Ongoing - **Master Skills List:** Digital - **Job Category:** Full Time Join us at Genpact and be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of professional services and solutions globally.,
