Lead - Concept Designer

As a Lead - Concept Designer at TVS Motor Company, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing the current and future TVSM vehicle portfolio and brands. You will be involved in creating design proposals, sketches, and concept models to shape the future vision models for the company. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and user-centric design approach will contribute to delivering world-class mobility solutions and customer delight. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create design proposals for TVSM portfolio, ranging from broad themes to detailed designs. - Develop compelling sketches showcasing the future of mobility and the brand. - Transform sketches into concept models using tools like Blender, clay, and class A surfacing. - Collaborate with engineers to align engineering solutions with the design vision. - Participate in user research, product definition, and future upgrades. - Work with CMF & Graphic designers to create unified and compelling designs for color and trim. - Liaise with suppliers to integrate cutting-edge technologies for product craftsmanship. - Direct the fabrication team to produce prototypes for review and sign-offs. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design from a reputed institution. - Exceptional design aptitude and creativity. - Strong desire to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team. - Basic communication skills and customer-centric focus. - Time management and leadership competencies.
