Lead - Computer Science

As the Lead Computer Science Curriculum Coordinator at Shiv Nadar School in Noida, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Computer Science curriculum across all school levels, boards, and campuses. Your role will involve supporting the academic vision through curriculum leadership, faculty development, and integration of emerging technologies to ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence in CS education. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the design and delivery of Computer Science curriculum across all grades, boards, and campuses. - Lead the planning, execution, and review of CS curriculum areas including Coding, Robotics, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Technologies, AV tools, and more. - Maintain central repositories of curriculum resources, syllabi, and planners for consistent implementation. - Design curriculum trackers to monitor syllabus coverage, student engagement, achievement trends, and performance data. - Ensure regular and comprehensive assessments to monitor student learning outcomes. - Design extended curriculum and enrichment programs for Gifted, Able, and Talented (GAT) students. - Provide curriculum support and accommodations for Special Educational Needs (SEN) students. - Conduct regular training sessions for CS faculty to promote continuous professional development. - Support the CS leadership team with mentoring and coaching to drive best practices in pedagogy and technology integration. - Liaise with campus leadership for scheduling, discipline coordination, and cross-departmental initiatives. - Lead STEAM integration efforts by aligning CS initiatives with other subject departments. - Manage departmental budgets and ensure alignment with academic priorities. - Ensure CS labs are well maintained and aligned with academic goals. - Develop and implement Lab Usage Guidelines and conduct periodic Lab Audits for compliance and safety. - Lead the planning and execution of major departmental events and facilitate CS participation in school-wide events. - Drive innovation by staying abreast of global tech trends and aligning curriculum updates to future demands. - Support with data analytics and CS interventions as required.
