Responsibilities: You will oversee the compliance testing and issue management functions within the organization. Becoming a subject matter expert in specific testing areas, you will assess compliance and operational controls across MPOWER, support incident resolution, analyze internal and third-party reports, and manage key compliance processes. Your tasks will include but are not limited to: - Conducting tests and assessments of compliance and operational controls - Assisting in incident resolution and process enhancement - Analyzing internal and third-party reports - Supporting key compliance processes such as OFAC reviews, marketing opt-outs, and data deletion requests - Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience through insights gained from reviews and testing Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field - 3+ years of operational experience, preferably in control testing and monitoring - Previous experience in financial services or financial technology - Knowledge of consumer financing is advantageous - Strong interest in risk management, operational excellence, and efficiency - Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Comfortable collaborating with various business functions and individuals across the organization - Passion for financial inclusion, higher education accessibility, and global teamwork You should thrive in a fast-paced environment with a small dynamic team, evolving roles, varied workloads, tight deadlines, high autonomy, and an 80-20 mindset.,
