Lead - Business Analyst

Job Description

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Veeva Vault applications. Define and document functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and integrations. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and Veeva consultants, to ensure seamless implementation. Provide subject matter expertise on Veeva Vault applications (PromoMats, MedComms, RIM, QMS, CRM, eTMF, etc). Support system configurations, user access management, and workflow enhancements. Assist in data migration, system testing, and validation activities. Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and maximize the use of Veeva solutions. Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and provide ongoing support to ensure system adoption. Assist in change management efforts and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry regulations (eg, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) and internal governance policies. Support audits, system validation, and documentation related to Veeva applications. Must Have 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry. Strong experience with Veeva Vault applications (PromoMats, MedComms, RIM, QMS, CRM, eTMF). Deep understanding of content management, regulatory compliance, and commercial operations in the pharma domain. Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, and user training. Proficiency in Agile and SDLC methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication skills to liaise with business users, technical teams, and external vendors. Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and integration tools (preferred but not mandatory). Preferred Veeva certifications (eg, Veeva Vault Admin, Veeva CRM Certification) are a plus.
