We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to lead and support the migration from Quantis to Bloomberg AIM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Bloomberg AIM implementation; investment management systems; and system integration. This role involves end-to-end migration activities; testing; documentation; and user access management. Lead the migration of portfolios from Quantis to Bloomberg AIM; ensuring accurate holding reconciliation. Verify and configure investment limits in Bloomberg AIM; including comprehensive testing with both positive and negative scenarios. Set up and validate master data; including watchlists and reference data. Document existing and new workflows; and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accordingly. Establish and test integration with Trillium iWay for seamless data flow. Manage user access provisioning and ensure appropriate role-based access controls. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including compliance; operations; and IT teams to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption. Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting.Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience with Bloomberg AIM implementation or migration projects. Strong understanding of investment management systems and portfolio operations. Experience with Quantis and Trillium iWay integration is a strong advantage. Familiarity with limit monitoring; compliance rules; and portfolio reconciliation. Excellent documentation skills and experience updating SOPs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance; Computer Science; or a related field.
