Job Description

As an experienced professional with 15 years in machining or process industries, you should possess the following technical expertise: - Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. - Experience with implementing lean manufacturing techniques. - Hands-on experience with 5-Axis, 4-Axis, and 3-Axis HMC and VMC machines. - Expertise in advanced tooling methodologies and cutting parameter optimization. - Skilled in CNC programming for Fanuc and Siemens controls. - Proficiency in design tools, including CATIA, UG NX, and AutoCAD. Your communication and collaboration skills should include: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In terms of problem-solving, you should have: - Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving shop floor challenges in daily operations. - Capability to analyze and execute tasks based on engineering drawings, procedures, reference sketches, weld plans, test plans, shift schedules, and planning documents. Your knowledge of standards & compliance should cover: - Familiarity with ISO standards, including QMS (Quality Management System), EMS (Environmental Management System), and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety).
