As a CNC Machine Operator at DISA India Limited, which is part of the Norican Group, you will be responsible for the programming, set-up, and operation of 5-axis machines. Your role will involve studying and analyzing drawings, selecting tools/materials, and production plans before machining. Additionally, you will be expected to plan tools, jigs, and fixtures for efficient production while ensuring the cycle time and quality of components to maintain efficiency and quality standards. Basic level maintenance on machines as directed will also fall under your responsibilities. Adherence to safety protocols and procedures is crucial to maintain a safe working environment. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) and have 4 to 6 years of working experience with CNC machines. Experience with Horizontal Machining Canters (HMC) is preferred, along with basic computer and AutoCAD knowledge.
