Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced professional with 15 years of experience in machining or process industries, you will be responsible for utilizing your technical expertise to enhance manufacturing processes. Your role will involve reading and interpreting engineering drawings, implementing lean manufacturing techniques, and operating various CNC machines. Key Responsibilities: - Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes - Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings - Implementing lean manufacturing techniques - Operating 5-Axis, 4-Axis, and 3-Axis HMC and VMC machines - Applying advanced tooling methodologies and cutting parameter optimization - CNC programming for Fanuc and Siemens controls - Utilizing design tools such as CATIA, UG NX, and AutoCAD - Troubleshooting and resolving shop floor challenges - Analyzing and executing tasks based on engineering drawings, procedures, and other reference documents - Ensuring compliance with ISO standards including QMS, EMS, and EHS Qualifications Required: - 15 years of experience in machining or process industries - Proficiency in CNC programming for Fanuc and Siemens controls - Skilled in design tools such as CATIA, UG NX, and AutoCAD - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively - Problem-solving skills to address shop floor challenges - Knowledge of ISO standards including QMS, EMS, and EHS,
