Job Description

Key Skills & Experience:

7+ years of experience in data visualization and market research.
4-5 years of experience on data processing using SPSS/Python in MR domain.
Proficiency in SPSS, Python, SQL, and visualization tools (Dapresy, Tableau, Power BI).
Proven expertise in Market Research domain understanding survey data, research methodologies, and MR-specific KPIs.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Prior experience in leading a BI/Analytics team, mentoring, and managing deliverables.

Must Have Skills:

7+ years of BI/Analytics experience with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
Strong expertise in Market Research domain data and workflows.
Advanced knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Dapresy or similar).
Strong SQL and database skills (e.g., SQL Server, Redshift, MySQL)
Experience on data processing using SPSS/Python in MR domain
Experience in data modeling, ETL, and automation.
Proven client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
Experience on data processing using SPSS/Python in MR domain.

Good To Have:

Exposure to R for advanced analytics or automation.
Familiarity with GenAI/AI-driven analytics in Market Research.
Cloud data platforms experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
