Lead Banking Support Specialist

As a Lead Support Executive at our company, you will be responsible for supervising our Level 1 Support Team comprising of freshers. Your main duties will include handling intricate banking-related inquiries, ensuring appropriate escalations to Level 2 support, and overseeing the overall performance of the team. You will play a crucial role in guiding, training, and mentoring the Level 1 Support Executives to deliver high-quality services to our clients. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field along with 3-5 years of experience in banking operations or financial customer support. Your strong understanding of banking processes and compliance will be essential in ensuring the team's adherence to industry standards. Located in Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, this role offers a competitive salary range of 4 - 5 LPA. Your proficiency in English and Hindi communication will be valuable as you liaise with banks, internal teams, and regulatory bodies. Additionally, experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, and CRM tools will aid you in accurately logging and resolving tickets, as well as generating and sharing status reports.
