You are looking for a Technical Lead IT Support to join our team and manage technical support operations, assist banking clients, and handle system troubleshooting. You should be proficient in Windows OS, MS Office, system administration, and basic networking. Our client is a Software Company with over 10 years of experience in the US and India, employing over 100 individuals. Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring the technical support team, overseeing Windows OS administration, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing user access, system configurations, and security settings. You will also be required to assist banking clients with IT queries and MS Office support, analyze logs, system errors, and network connectivity, coordinate with IT, security, and infrastructure teams, handle incident response and escalation, maintain IT documentation, and implement best practices. The ideal candidate should have 2 - 4 years of experience in IT support or technical lead roles, strong expertise in Windows OS, MS Office, and networking, familiarity with helpdesk systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow, excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, and fluency in English and Hindi. Additional experience in banking IT support and knowledge of IT security and backup procedures would be advantageous.
