Lead Associate - Quality Assurance

As a Lead Associate - Quality Assurance at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing detailed test plans and strategies based on project requirements and timelines. - Identifying and documenting test scenarios, test cases, and testing execution. - Overseeing and executing manual and automated tests across various platforms and devices. - Designing and implementing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG. - Integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. - Identifying, tracking, and reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams for efficient issue resolution. - Mentoring and guiding junior QA engineers to maintain high standards of quality. - Collaborating with team members to define and enhance testing processes and frameworks. - Evaluating testing processes continuously and suggesting improvements for increased efficiency. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with proficiency in manual and automated testing. - Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, etc. - Experience with automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc., for testing and deployment automation. - Knowledge of scripting/programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or Ruby for automation. - Experience with SQL for data validation and back-end testing. - Familiarity with tracking and test management tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail, etc. - Proficiency in Git for version control and code collaboration. - Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter and API testing tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI. - Experience working in Agile development environments and understanding of Scrum/Kanban methodologies. - Comfortable working in both Windows and Linux environments for testing.
