Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling tasks independently as per the specific client process and ensuring compliance in terms of policy, TAT, and accuracy. Your role will involve understanding client expectations and requirements, striving to adhere and improve performance on SLAs and deliverables to customers, maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders, and resolving conflicts at your level.
