Lead Associate - Operations-Record to Report (Fixed Asset and Intercompany)-US Shifts-Pune

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling accounting tasks independently, ensuring compliance with specified client processes in terms of Turnaround Time (TAT) and accuracy. Your role will involve reviewing activities, reconciliations, and maintaining relationships with managers, stakeholders, and counterparts. Additionally, you will identify anomalies, errors, and propose process improvements while actively participating in team meetings and demonstrating strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge of accounting principles, including Journal Entries and Reconciliation such as Inter-Company, SGA, Revenue, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Closing, and Reporting - Excel proficiency - SAP knowledge is preferred - Understanding and meeting client expectations and requirements - Adhering to SLAs and deliveringables, taking ownership of issue communication and resolution - Resolving conflicts and collaborating effectively within the team - Embracing change management - Identifying errors, proposing process improvements, and implementing them - Active participation in team meetings, clear articulation of thoughts, and effective listening - Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills Qualification Required: - Graduates (B.Com) or Post Graduates (M.Com) with 3-5 years of experience - B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance degree - Ability to handle tasks independently and ensure compliance with TAT and accuracy - Clarity about role expectations, measurable goals, and delivering upon them - Proactive approach in problem-solving and finding solutions - Ability to maintain relationships with managers, stakeholders, and counterparts - Strong collaborative spirit and willingness to embrace change Please note: This position is based in Pune (Weikfield) and requires working from office (WFO) during US Shifts (8.30 pm to 5.30 am IST in summers/9.30 pm to 6.30 am IST in winters).,
