Lead Angular Developer

As a Lead Angular Developer at our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and optimization of front-end applications using Angular. Your role will involve leading and mentoring a team of Angular developers to deliver high-quality web applications. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Additionally, you will architect and implement advanced Angular features and components, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Your success in this position will be demonstrated through effectively managing project timelines and deliverables in an Agile/Scrum environment. You will conduct code reviews, set development standards, enforce best practices, and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. It is essential to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Angular and front-end development to drive innovation and excellence within the team. To excel in this role, you must possess strong expertise in Angular (v12 and above), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS. Experience with RxJS, NgRx, or other state management libraries is required. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, unit testing (Jasmine, Karma), E2E testing (Protractor/Cypress), Webpack, performance optimization, and responsive design is essential. Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices is also crucial for success. The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with micro frontends or mono-repo architecture, familiarity with backend technologies (Java, Node.js, or .NET), and exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP are considered advantageous.
