Role Overview: As a Receptionist at our firm, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include client interaction, administrative support, visitor management, support to sales & design teams, scheduling and calendar management, office coordination, customer relationship management, and support in marketing & events. Your excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and customer-centric attitude will be key to ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome clients or visitors professionally - Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries - Schedule appointments for potential clients with interior designers or sales representatives - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence - Maintain client records and update databases - Ensure visitors sign in and are directed appropriately - Liaise between clients and design or sales teams - Maintain appointment schedules for teams - Monitor and order office supplies - Keep track of client interactions in CRM system - Assist in planning events or client presentations - Coordinate with marketing tasks like distributing brochures and updating materials Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency with office software and CRM tools - Customer-centric attitude with a professional demeanor - Time management and attention to detail Please note that the job type is full-time and permanent. The benefits include leave encashment. The preferred education qualification is a Diploma, and the preferred experience is 3 years. Proficiency in Malayalam and English is required for this role, and the work location is in person.,
