Lead Alternate Channel

As a prominent NBFC with a distinct footprint in D2C secured retail lending business, Northern Arc Capital operates from 84 branches with differentiated sourcing and fulfilment teams. The branch sourcing is driven through a feet on street (FOS) coverage model, where the FOS extensively covers solo markets and works with a population of connectors. In addition to the branch network, an Alternate Channel is being established, focusing on the origination network through a phone call center. The key responsibilities and qualifications required for the role of Alternate Channel head are as follows: Key Responsibilities: - Encompassing one or more secured tele-calling set-ups. - Driving cross-selling of retail secured loan products to the existing customer base. - Ensuring fully data secured CRM process integration with the fulfilment unit. - Getting support from existing retail branches fulfilment teams (Credit and operations). - Scaling up and running the origination call centre channel. - Overseeing year-round operations, sales productivity, effective rewards program, and upskilling of the team of Phone Relationship Managers. - Meeting sales, revenue, and profitability targets of the unit. - Setting up an independent or branch-led fulfilment unit for the business PAN India. - Leveraging technology for cost-effective field fulfilment. - Developing and maintaining a watertight CRM system prioritizing data security and source code accountability. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in retail lending, channel management, or sales leadership. - Proven track record in managing tele-calling and field teams, with expertise in cross-selling financial products like LAP. - Strong background in CRM systems and technology-driven processes. - Experience in pan-India operations, team setup across geographies, and cost optimization.,
