About the Role

We’re seeking a AI/ML Engineer to join our early team and co-create a powerful AI Agent from scratch. This isn’t just another role — it’s a hands-on opportunity to shape the architecture, direction, and soul of a next-generation AI system.

You will work on agentic frameworks, LLMs, and NLP pipelines, and build systems that can reason, learn, and act autonomously — all while optimizing for speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent systems using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and NLP pipelines.
• Work on multi-agent workflows, prompt chaining, memory stores, and task decomposition.
• Build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, memory, and autonomous decision-making
• Build and test autonomous AI agents that operate in real-time environments.
• Push the boundaries of human-AI interaction — in code, not theory
• Rapidly test, learn, and iterate in a startup-style, 0-to-1 environment

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML.
• Strong foundation in Natural Language Processing.
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, HuggingFace, etc.).
• Exposure to agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.) is a big plus.
• Ability to write clean, modular code and rapidly prototype AI-driven features.
• Self-driven, curious, and excited about building from 0 to 1.
