Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers.
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to derive insights from large datasets.
• Design and develop machine learning models using Python and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Apply statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support data-driven decision-making.
• Build and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high data quality and system integrity.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code and integrate ML models into production systems via APIs.
• Follow best practices for version control, testing, and continuous integration.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in software/data engineering.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with data science libraries: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Solid knowledge of data engineering practices and tools.
• Strong understanding of software development and API integration.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
• Proven team leadership and project execution experience.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with Gene AI frameworks or tools.
• Ability to integrate Gene AI into existing systems and workflows.
• Awareness of current trends and advancements in Gene AI.
