Lead AI Data Scientist ( 10+years)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models for intelligent document processing.
• Work on advanced NLP and transformer-based models for high-accuracy data extraction.
• Develop and maintain workflows for Record of Processing Activities (RoPA), DPIAs, and consent management.
• Lead AI model development life cycle including data preparation, model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deploy AI-driven solutions.
• Participate in platform development roadmaps, release planning, and client interaction.
• Stay updated with AI trends and contribute to the company’s innovation strategy.

Technical Skills Required

• Proficient in Python for data science and machine learning applications.
• Strong experience with NLP tools and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, LoRA, quantization, etc.
• Familiarity with tools such as MLflow, Docker, and FastAPI.
• Experience with building and deploying AI models for document understanding and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience in developing AI solutions in industries like Financial Services, Healthcare, or Consumer Tech.
• Prior work with multi-modal AI systems (NLP + Computer Vision) is a plus.

• Comfortable with client interactions and presentations.
• Ability to work independently and lead small project teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
