Lead Accounts and Finance

As an experienced Accountant at nCircle Tech Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing financial information and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Your expertise in accounting practices, taxation, auditing, and knowledge of applicable laws will be instrumental in preparing financial statements and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: - Compile and analyze financial information to prepare monthly and annual financial statements - File Monthly MPR and Softex for SEZ operations - Update and maintain Tally entries - Ensure compliance with accepted policies and procedures in maintaining financial records - Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes accurately and in a timely manner - Address accounting discrepancies and irregularities - Provide continuous management support for budgeting and forecasting activities - Independently lead and prepare for financial audits - Prior experience with SEZ compliance is advantageous - Hands-on experience with GST and TDS compliance Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in generally accepted accounting practices and principles - Familiarity with taxation, returns filing, and auditing practices - Good understanding of applicable laws, codes, and regulations, including GST - Experience working with accounting software, particularly Tally - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools - Excellent planning, strategizing, and organizational skills Join us at nCircle Tech Private Limited to be part of a team dedicated to driving innovation in 3D visualization software for various platforms.
