Location: VijayawadaAbout Us:Join a dynamic, fast-growing team powering IT excellence globally! We’re seeking a skilled Accounts Manager to lead and manage all US segment accounting operations.Key Responsibilities:-Manage daily financial operations, bookkeeping, and US business accounting-Oversee A/P, A/R, payroll (via Razorpay), reconciliations, month-/year-end closings-Follow up on employee timesheets and process payroll efficiently-Ensure compliance with US GAAP, federal, state, and local regulations-Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports and statements-Coordinate audits, tax filings; liaise with regulatory bodies and external partners-Enforce statutory compliance (TDS, PF, ESI)-Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning-Implement robust financial controls and risk management practices-Mentor and supervise accounting staff-Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities-Proficient in Tally, Excel, or equivalent business toolsRequirements:-Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)-5+ years of accounting experience, with direct US operations exposure-Proficient in US GAAP, tax laws, financial reporting standards-Strong in accounting software (QuickBooks, Netsuite, SAP, etc.)-Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills-Team leadership in a fast-paced, multicultural setting-Experience in EST time zone preferred-Commitment to integrity and professionalismWhat We Offer:-Competitive compensation-Clear path for career advancement-Collaborative and supportive work culture
