The candidate need to know and speak - Tamil Language

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Need Analysis (TNA):
• Assess training needs in collaboration with department heads and supervisors.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training interventions.
• Content Development:
• Design and prepare engaging training content including PPTs, handouts, guides, and e-learning materials.
• Ensure content is updated, accurate, and aligned with organizational policies and industry best practices.
• Training Delivery:
• Conduct induction, soft skills, process, and product training sessions for employees.
• Use a variety of training methods (classroom, virtual, role plays, simulations) to engage participants.
• Program Coordination:
• Plan and schedule training programs across branches and teams.
• Maintain training calendars and communicate schedules to stakeholders.
• Evaluation & Reporting:
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports and maintain training records for compliance and audits.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Keep up with industry trends and incorporate innovative training methodologies.
• Recommend improvements to training content, process, and delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
• Excellent PPT and content creation skills.
• Ability to conduct TNA and design relevant learning modules.
• Good coordination, planning, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and modern training techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in training & development, preferably in an MFI / BFSI sector.
• Experience in developing and delivering both classroom and virtual training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
