Lawyer

You will be working as a Lawyer at Katyayani Organics in Bhopal on a Full-Time basis. With an experience level of 0-2 years, you will be responsible for assisting in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and reports. Legal research to support case preparation and document development will be a part of your routine tasks. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies by managing and maintaining legal documentation will also be crucial. Coordinating with clients, courts, and other stakeholders to guarantee timely completion and submission of proper paperwork and documentation is essential. Additionally, providing administrative support to senior attorneys in legal cases, hearings, and related activities will be expected from you. Participation in meetings, legal briefings, and discussions to gain exposure to various legal proceedings is also a part of the role. You will be required to maintain an organized and systematic filing system for all legal documents and records while ensuring the confidentiality of all legal files, documents, and client information. To qualify for this position, you must hold an LL.B. or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution. Having recently acquired legal paperwork license is essential. A basic understanding of legal principles, procedures, and documentation requirements is required. Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills are crucial for this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools is also expected. Preferred skills include prior internship or exposure to legal paperwork, contracts, and documentation processes, even as an intern or volunteer. A strong interest in corporate, civil, or criminal law based on the firm's focus is desirable. A willingness to learn and adapt to new legal software and case management systems is an added advantage.
