Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in GST litigation work: drafting replies, submissions, appeals, petitions, synopsis, and case briefs for all forums.
Conduct legal research on GST provisions, circulars, notifications, advance rulings, and judicial precedents.
Prepare structured case books and paper books and synopsis for submissions before appellate forums and courts.
Support senior members in drafting and repreesntation in matters and client consultations.

About Company: We are practicing advocates having experience of more than 20 years in the field of tax laws. We specialize in tax and corporate law matters and have represented clients over different forums including high courts, tribunals, investigating authorities, appellate, and adjudicating authorities.
