Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Immigration Attorney with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and excellent communication skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Assist the Immigration team in preparing U.S. and Canadian immigration cases. Prepare complex immigration petition packages, highlighting legal requirements and using available resources. Revise drafts and ensure proper filing into virtual workspaces/folders. Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the immigration group. Regularly liaise with support teams across EY's international network. Collaborate with team members to develop and improve processes, ensuring timely reporting and project metrics such as utilization and efficiency. ### Job Requirements A degree in Law is required. Professional proficiency in English, including knowledge of language rules, style standards, punctuation, and grammar. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions. Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines and high volumes, demonstrating proactivity and efficiency. Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. Experience in U.S. or Canadian immigration-related work is desirable. Experience with substantive writing, editing, and proofreading various documentation. Outstanding administrative and communication skills, along with mature business sense and the ability to perform in a dynamic environment. Strong knowledge of office software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PDF.
